•No extensions will be granted for late arrivals; the session will end as scheduled.

2. Private Hire Policy

•Any fees paid for private hire are non-refundable if the event date is within 21 days of cancellation.

3. Special Offers

•Management reserves the right to amend or withdraw any special offers at any time without prior notice.

4. Gift Cards

•Gift cards are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.

•Gift cards cannot be redeemed or refunded after their expiry date.

5. 2-for-1 Cocktail Offer

•The 2-for-1 cocktail offer applies to the same cocktail only.

•This offer is not available during special events or private bookings.
